- Cost: Free on orders over ₹599. ₹80 on orders under ₹599
- Expedited Shipping:
- Delivery time: 2-3 business days
- Cost: ₹50
- Next-Day Shipping:
- Delivery time: 1 business day
- Cost: ₹80
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note, that most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number, so you can follow your package’s journey. You can track your order at any time by logging into your ZevaWorld.com account.
4. Delivery Locations
ZevaWorld.com currently ships to all addresses within the Hyderabad. Shipping costs for orders are calculated at checkout.
Please Note: Certain products may have shipping restrictions and cannot be shipped to specific locations. We will notify you if this applies to any of your ordered items.
5. Shipping Delays

6. Shipping Damage or Lost Packages

7. P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We can ship to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses using our standard shipping option. Please note that some delivery times may vary for P.O. Boxes and military addresses.
8. International Shipping
For our international customers, shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on the destination country. Duties and taxes may also apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
9. Changes to Orders
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to it. If you need to make any changes, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed.
